Our House Walton provides a wraparound service that will supports beneficiaries to feel safe, supported and empowered to reach their potential. We are passionate about supporting those struggling with their mental health and wellbeing, struggling with anxiety or depression or feeling isolated from their community. 

 

At the Hub we offer a number of activities, groups and workshops that are designed with you in mind.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Support – We deliver a variety of different activities and sessions that help to improve mental health and wellbeing. Sessions include women’s only exercise classes, walking group, gardening group, arts and crafts and dance.

 

Peer Support – We will run a variety of different support groups that will enable women in the community to meet, share their experiences and make new friends.

Creating Opportunities – Person centred employment and educational support. Helping you to achieve qualifications, apply for training or volunteering opportunities and feel ready to seek employment.

 

Counselling and Workshops – We will deliver one to one counselling sessions and workshops to help women to heal, improve their confidence, self esteem and mental health.
